The idea of ionic potential goes back at least a decade earlier to this paper. Cartledge in fact made the periodic table at right that considered ions and showed some elements twice. In that respect, his table is one predecessor of the table I'm showing you today. Returning to the new table with this concept of ionic potential . . . . .
