Each year we inevitably encounter a few "absent-minded" people who leave a few UGA-related administrative details unattended. These things tend to crop up when we go to officially register students into the system. Below is a gentle reminder to make sure that you have attended to all these matters. By signing off below, you have at least told us that you've made a best faith effort to clear up any outstanding debts or requirements for UGA.

____ To the best of my knowledge, I have no parking fees/fines owed to UGA
____ To the best of my knowledge, I have no library fees/fines owed to UGA
____ To the best of my knowledge, I have no outstanding registration fees/fines owed to UGA
____ If I have established more than 90 credit hours, then to the best of my knowledge, I have satisfied the Regents Exam requirement. For students not matriculating at UGA, this issue does not apply.
____ To the best of my knowledge, I have cleared my immunization and health records with the UGA Health Center.
